Physical Books (Hardcovers & Paperbacks)
You can return unworn and unread books for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- The book must be in its original, resalable condition – unused, unmarked, and with all original packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for books that have been read, written in, damaged, or show clear signs of use.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the book is faulty or damaged on arrival).
eBooks
eBooks are non-refundable. Due to the instant digital nature of eBooks, once your purchase is confirmed and the file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your physical book arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return postage and arrange either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@pageturneruk.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our returns address.
- Pack the book securely and send it back.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).
